Delivery Times & Returns Policy 
We typically send out orders 2-3 working days from the time of order (Please read NOTE 1 below). Occasionally orders may take longer and if your order hasn’t arrived to you in 7 days, please either call us on 020 8363 5566 or contact [email protected]

NOTE 1: Some orders may take longer under the following circumstances:

1. Event tickets are not always sent out straight away but are sent to you well before the event. If you have not received your event ticket by a week before the event call 020 8363 5566 or 0871 2887 250

2. We are now offering e-tickets for many of our events which will be indicated at the time of ordering. Please make sure you have confirmed your account details in ‘My Account’ so that we can send the e-tickets to the correct email and mobile number. Please also make sure that is in your safe senders list on your computer and on your email server. With e-tickets you will receive an email with a PDF attachment which can be printed off and a text to your mobile number which can be brought on the night. Both the email and text contain a square barcode which covers the tickets on your order.

If you have any questions at all about e-tickets, please call us on 020 8363 5566 or 0871 2887 250 during office hours, well before the event. Please do not leave questions until the day of the event as problems are much harder to sort out at this stage.

3. Please remember that pre-orders are NOT sent out straight away – PLEASE SEE THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

Orders are usually sent by 1st Class Royal Mail. However, orders may be sent by a service that requires a signature upon delivery, so please enter a delivery address where someone can sign for the goods. We will have to charge for postage and handling to re-send goods that have been returned to us due to the courier being unable to obtain a signature.

All faulty goods must be returned within 14 days for refund or replacement.

Ticket orders
We reserve the right to stop sending event tickets in the post up to 2 weeks before the event date. We will issue reference numbers in their place as posted tickets may not arrive in time. If you are issued a reference number, you are 100% guaranteed entry to the event (R.O.A.R). Your reference number will be unique to you so do not lose it. When reference numbers are issued, the postage amount on your order becomes a handling fee.
