You will receive your paper VIP ticket and VIP wristband through the post via a signed for service. Please ensure there will be someone at your delivery address that can sign for your order.
Upon receipt, please make sure you have the correct number of tickets and wristbands. If there is a problem, you must notify us as soon as possible, and before 27th October 2010.
